Real Estate Goldmine is a collaborative art installation, by Joshua Starcher and Melissa Estro, exhibited in formally domesticated spaces using photo collage, sound design, and every day objects to reveal the causes and predatory behaviors that led to the collapse of the housing market in 2008.

The installation has been shown in both Cleveland, as part of a community renewal project called Rooms To Let, and in New York City as part of the 10th Annual Governors Island Art Fair. Find out more about each show below.
